Chicken Schnitzel

Do you want to learn to cook a classic German dish with a THC twist? This recipe for Chicken Schnitzel is a bit spicier and I put my seasoning right on the chicken instead of in the coating and it's absolutely delicious!  However you choose to season your chicken or breading, this is easy to prepare, kid friendly and perfect for busy weeknights!
