It is the end of another beautiful day here in
Virginia, another Mother's Day! We spent some time cooking already today,
but thought it might be fun to do a little something extra! We are going
to make Won Tons! I learned how to make these from my friend, Kathy, in
Hawaii. We both had young children and we would get together and do a marathon
of Won ton making. I mean hundreds! The kids would play, and we
would make Won Tons. We'd freeze bags of them and have them on hand for
whenever we needed/wanted them! I even have the recipe she gave me for
the delicious sweet sauce we used to make for dipping. It is unbelievably
good! And it freezes just fine. I am including that below. ENJOY!
