Porcupine Meatballs

I am tripping down memory lane. Do you remember making Mac and Cheese for your kids? Hotdogs stuffed with potatoes and melted cheese on top? Spaghetti? The stories I could tell!  Well, today we are making Porcupine Meatballs. I learned to make these from a friend of mine, Marcia.  She had twin girls.  When they were 3 or four yrs old, I remember her telling me about this meal she would make that her girls just loved! I just had to learn to make them. They go with just about anything, from noodles to potatoes or by themselves! You see, they aren’t just for children!
