Cantonese Chicken

This chicken is so favorable!  I like to serve it over sticky white rice in a bowl. Served with garlic bread it is a complete meal for friends. Our recipe does not require the oils and the frying process found in many traditional Cantonese Chicken recipes. For those watching their Cholesterol or wanting to avoid fried foods, this is a delicious option!

The leftovers freeze well in freezer bag.  Thaw in fridge and reheat in appropriate sized casserole dish  for 35 min. Add additional broccoli florets if desired.
